Whipped coffee…sounds pretty intriguing right? I’m also thinking that we all need a little spark to get us through the quarantine and what better to do that than coffee. I have seen this new coffee craze all over Instagram and I couldn’t wait to try it. With only three ingredients that I had on hand, whipped coffee was a breeze to make and I have to say that it is super delicious! It yields a super light and airy yet strong coffee, but mixed with milk it a perfect and refreshing afternoon pick me up. You can also use milk alternatives if you prefer like almond milk or soy milk and you can use any instant coffee. I can see this whipped coffee being used in other desserts as well in place of regular whipped cream and I think that it would be amazing dolloped over some vanilla ice cream with a crumbled sugar cookie on top. Maybe even as the whipped cream in tiramisu? There are so many possibilities.
